# Das Problem

**Die Inflation** lässt die Preise für Lebensmittel ständig steigen. Dies hat einen direkten Einfluss auf das Einkaufsverhalten und die Gesundheit der Verbraucher, weil diese dadurch oft günstigere, weniger gesunde Lebensmittel auswählen müssen. Gesunde Ernährung ist für viele Menschen bereits heute nicht mehr leistbar. Dies wirkt sich auf das Gesundheitssystem aus, das wir alle gemeinsam durch unsere Beiträge tragen. Steigende Preise bei den Energiekosten führen auch zu höheren Transportkosten von Obst und Gemüse, das hauptsächlich aus Wasser besteht. Wasser enthält jedoch keine Nährstoffe oder Energie (kcal). Der Transport von Obst und Gemüse kann mit Minimeal um bis zu 100% reduziert werden.
